Production Example 141 (0461) 5-(6-Phenoxyhexyl)isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid (0.72 g, 2.5 mmol), tetrahydrofuran-3-ylmethylamine hydrochloride (0.42 g, 3.0 mmol), triethylamine (0.31 g, 3.0 mmol) and 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (0.04 g, 0.30 mmol) were added to chloroform (amylene addition product) (8 mL). 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (0.58 g, 2. mmol) was added to the mixture at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred overnight and then concentrated under reduced pressure. Dilute hydrochloric acid was added to the concentrate, and the mixture was extracted twice with ethyl acetate.
